Founder of BLOOM Strategies, a consultancy for independent school professionals, Patty Bloom spent more than 20 years directing the marketing, branding, communications, recruitment, retention and enrollment efforts at Saul Mirowitz Jewish Community School in St. Louis. During that time, she successfully navigated recessions, a school merger, a pandemic and head of school transitions, making her well versed in both opportunities and challenges facing today’s independent school leaders. Patty presents regularly at workshops for AISAP and Prizmah, and is known for her contributions to the day school field.
